Rings and fields: Integral domains, ideal and factor rings, ring homomorphisms, polynomial rings, factorization of polynomials, extension fields, and finite fields. Galois Theory: Fundamental theorem of Galois theory, splitting fields, algebraic closure, and normality, Galois group of a polynomial, separability, cyclic, cyclotomic and radical extensions.
