Computational and Simulation room located at the Science Research Center (SRC) for research and discussion among students and faculty. The space is equipped with a DLP and a campus eduroam server that provides roaming access service through the UPB campus network.

The Research Room, located on the fourth floor of the Kolehiyo ng Agham Building, is home to student and faculty researchers. This room is equipped with computers, tables, chairs, couches, a whiteboard, recording equipment, and free internet access. Researchers are free to access and read over a wide collection of mathematical and computer science books, journals, theses, and publications available in this room.

The Graduate Conference Room has been home to many MS and PhD Mathematics Students. It is located on the fourth floor of the Kolehiyo ng Agham Building. This room serves as a collaborative space where free, healthy, and active exchange of knowledge and discussion happens. The room is equipped with a computer, monitor, whiteboard, tables and chairs, recording equipment, and free internet access.

Room KA 402 is the largest classroom in the department. Since it can accommodate 60-80 students, courses with big class sizes, such as Math 10 (GE course) and Math 100 (service course), are usually conducted here. During departmental exams, 2 class sections are usually merged in this room. The space is used as a multipurpose room for scientific and academic activities such as seminars and colloquia, teacher training, and workshops. It serves as a venue for math and statistics competitions. It serves also as a venue for social gatherings of faculty and/or students. The room is equipped with an LCD projector and screen, speakers, a long blackboard, and two movable whiteboards.

Room KA 301 is located on the third floor of the Kolehiyo ng Agham Building. The classroom is equipped with a blackboard, movable whiteboard, and LCD projector. The classroom has a dedicated internet connection that can be accessed through wifi. Forty units of computers are available for students and faculty for their classes and research. The computer units are installed with computing software such as Matlab, Java, R, and Geogebra. Computer Science and Math courses utilize the classroom for their lectures and laboratory classes that require simulations, programming, and analysis.

The Iskolar ng Bayan (IB) Rooms 104 and 204 are one of the classrooms used by the department to conduct lectures and interactive classes. These classrooms are equipped with an LCD projector, screen, and blackboard that caters to service courses offered by the department, such as Math 100. It is also where various student organizations hold their meetings, projects, and activities.
